Maintenance Lead (Engineer)

Position Purpose: 
 

The purpose of the position is to take the required actions to successfully implement the IWS (Integrated Work System) structure at responsible production lines.
 

What will you do – responsibilities: 
 

• Develop the operating teams’ technical understanding and capability
• Define standards to eliminate losses
• Attend DDS (Daily Direction Setting) Meetings
• Coordinate all planned maintenance activities (MP&S) in production lines assigned to her/him in line with maintenance systematic
• Sustain production performance of assigned production lines. Provide coaching to shopfloor crew of responsible lines to achieve production KPIs
• Ensure proper utilization of the production line in line with technical training documents, machine manuals, and Environment Health & Safety guidelines
• Provide close follow-up of spare parts consumption to achieve spare parts KPIs

 Who are we looking for – requirements: 
 

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience in production processes, (+ maintenance experience is preferable)
• Analytical thinker and good at interpreting and analyzing data
• Advanced level of English
• MS Office applications
• Team management is a plus
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• IWS knowledge is a plus
