To arrange end to end outbound OFR operations.
Sends offer, collects booking confirmation and provides information flow among all stakeholders including invoicing with.
To take GP responsibility on file basis.
To analyze customer’s needs and expectations and offer suitable solutions.
To keep customer satisfaction at highest level.
Works in line with SOP’s and COP’s prepared for related customer
To take commercial responsibility for assisgned customers by.
Interacts with OCC & PCM, Finance, Sales and other related cross function when required.
Perform tasks as per OFR Team Leader’s instructions
Works in line with DHL rules and standards
Bachelor Degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience on ocean freight operations
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Good use of Microsoft Office skills
Strong communication, coordination and organization skills.
Customer focused, excellent team player.
Rigorous, careful and solution focused
No military service obligation for male candidates
