The main responsibilities of the position is to:


  • To have the ability to manage the operation of the entire operational process from the exit to the delivery of the Import shipments.Organizing all transportation activities with related shipments
  • Taking reservations, entering the system, issuing invoices
  • Contacting domestic / foreign customs and agencies and making loading / unloading organizations
  • Loading vehicles at maximum efficiency / occupancy
  • Keeping in touch with suppliers and tracking the load
  • Making weekly reports and invoicing
  • Sub-supply management and portfolio development
  • Keeping in touch with customers and keeping them informed
  • Selling to customers when needed
  • Preparing, presenting and filing periodic reports to management
  • Fulfillment of daily operational tasks assigned by the department manager


  • Graduated from the relevant departments of universities (International Logistics, Foreign Trade, etc.)
  • At least 5 years operation experience of Overland Freight in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company
  • Residing in the regions of Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, Adana, and Mersin.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English- speaking and writing
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Excellent relationship with suppliers.
  • Having analytical approach, being business & customer oriented
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates
