We’re seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead our Professional Service Organization, ensuring our partners fully leverage our product through customized integrations and services.


Your leadership will ensure Professional Service delivery is in line with our vendors enhancing client satisfaction and technology adoption. If you’re experienced in consulting or technical project management and developing service business join us in making a significant impact on our success.


Qualifications required for this position are as follows:


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer or Electrical & Electronics Engineering,


  • An appreciation of managing a Professional Services environment,


  • Has demonstrated working effectively across business lines and partnering with the businesses and plants to meet objectives,


  • Proficient in English(written and verbal),


  • 4+ years experience working in Professional Services or Consulting Firm Environment,


  • Experience leading engagement teams under various models,


  • 7+ years of business experience with 3+ years of people management skills including leadership development,


  • Strong technical processes drive and skillful negotiating techniques.


Requirements:


  • Responsible for the effective management of all aspects of Professional Service Management,


  • Provide input to support project planning, implementing, operation, and maintenance,


  • Work cross-functionally and cross-departmentally with Sales, Vendor Teams to support Professional Services project delivery to customers,


  • Manage on meet business objectives efficiently, effectively, and reliably,


  • Lead discussions with vendors on the business considerations of customer business requirements to the product functionality to develop an overall business solution,


  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that they are running efficiently,


  • Nurturing mutually rewarding relationships with partners, suppliers and support staff,


  • Introducing innovative solutions that will improve services,


  • Setting targets and goals for IT staff, and monitoring performances against them,


  • Hire, train and professionally develop the development and testing engineers reporting directly and within the customer facing teams,


  • Provide proactive risk management - identify risk, provide mitigation options - make recommendations and provide intelligent support for timely decision making,


  • Scoping calls with customers for needs analysis and solution proposal.
