WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re a diverse team with backgrounds in technology and entrepreneurship and we’re growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We’re actively seeking a Program Manager who is an operational powerhouse, organized, can manage multiple projects at one time, and is reliable. As a Program Manager you will be supporting a key corporate client by setting up events and networking sessions, owning startup relationships, supporting business development with their corporate accounts and deal flows, prepare marketing collateral, order promotional materials and supplies for the team, and more.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Program + Startup + Corporate Facing
● Own relationships with the corporate and the startups in the program
● Hold intake interviews, exit interviews, and make sure all startups are on track to meet program goals
● Grow ecosystem of mentors and VCs to bring more value to the program
● Set up 1:1 sessions for startups to meet with Mentors, VC’s and corporate partners for the program
● Collect feedback and develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
● Wrap up the program with a batch analysis report and individual startup report cards
● Support the Director with questions from corporate partners and startups
Marketing & Relationship Management
● Own the client relationship in all aspects
● Prepare flyers and print outs with our marketing team for major events such as: Selection Day, Meetups, EXPO
● Order swag for the team and manage vendor relationships
Event Management
● Setup events, mentor sessions, office hours, deal flows to build up the program
● Book venue, brainstorm content, outreach speakers
● Inform our network about upcoming events
● Prepare name tags, demo table signs, registration, printouts for events
● Meet on a regular basis with stakeholders to make communication easy and project manage to do’s for the team
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
● Bachelor’s degree in related field at a reputable university, Master’s degree is a plus
● Startup experience is a plus
● 3-5 years demonstrable success at a management/strategy consulting firm
● Fluent in Turkish and English
● International experience, desired but not required
● Project management / process improvement experience
● Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
● Entrepreneurial mindset and roll-up- the-sleeves attitude
● Team player
● Passionate about technology, business, and winning
● Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
● Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
● Demonstrate dependability, accountability, self-awareness, strong work ethic, and reliability
● Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
● Expertise in FinTech, Energy, IoT, Smart Cities, Mobility, Logistic, New Materials are desired but not required
