Some of your responsibilitiesCoordinate and lead agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesCollaborate closely with Product Managers to gather requirements, define project objectives, and ensure alignment with business goalsServe as the primary point of contact between the product and development teams, facilitating effective communication and collaborationDevelop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and functional specificationsDevelop comprehensive business models, process flows, and diagrams to illustrate proposed solutionsConduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements and are user-friendlyWork closely with development teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of solutionsProvide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders and management, highlighting any potential risks or issuesProvide guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices
What we look for- Bachelor's degree in Software/Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Business Analyst in a software development environment
- Strong technical background and understanding of mobile app development processes
- Proficient in agile methodologies and experienced in leading agile teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of business processes, data analysis and system implementation methodologies
- Proficiency in business analysis tools, project management software, and data visualization tools
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Fluency in English is a must
