About the role


Assumes responsibility for the execution of the Spa Department policies and procedures and manages the daily operation. Follows-up and gives all support for the duties of all subordinates staff in Spa Department. 


What you bring


  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency  in English Language, proficiency in a second language preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong command of computer applications
  • A thorough understanding of Spa treatments and The Spa environment.

What you will do


.Assists the Spa Manager with the supervision, management and growth of all Spa and Gym Club staff


Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with guest and employees


Provides and shares timely operational feedbacks and meeting minutes with Spa and Gym Club staff


Conveys clear instructions and guidance to staff


Builds and maintains confidence and credibility with employees, supervisory and managerial staff.


Deals with all disciplinary and grievance matters in a consistent and confidential manner and ensures each issues is appropriately documented


Works quickly in a high-pressure environment and is able to handle stress Communicates in a clear manner; is easily understood; listens attentively; does not interrupt others


Contributes in maintaining Spa and Gym Club as well as Hotel standards Knows amenities, equipment, products, treatments, packages, special current promotions of spa and gym club including benefits, indications & contraindications


Develops and maintains wellness spa treatment menus and gym club programs Conducts follow-up and ensures that all Spa and Gym Club daily tasks are fulfilled on time


Participates in and supports Hotel Committees.


Assists the Spa Manager in preparation, submission and distribution of all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports pertaining Spa and Health Club department and its area of responsibilities


Takes an active interest in the financial performance of the department


Keeps accurate and up-to-date records and statistics on the Spa and Gym Club as well as relevant employees Adheres to the annual budget of department
