Supervisor, Talent Acquisition

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented engineer to join us as “Supervisor, Talent Acqusition”. The role is based in Menemen İzmir.

What will be decisive:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in talent mapping and acquisation and HR Branding.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Self driven and result oriented.
• Good team player with strong problem solving skills.
• Experience in Coaching is a plus.

What will be your contributions:

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists to effectively source, screen, and hire top talent.
• Develop and execute employer branding campaigns to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
• Be a member of Global Diversity and Inclusion Team and facilitate all local actions in alignment with the global strategies.
• Active collaboration with Global and EMEA peers.
• Design and implement sourcing and TA strategies, projects and action plans.
• Follow up new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential Hiring Manager relationships during the selection process.
• Management of social responsibility projects.
• Improve data analysis and reporting methods for Talent Recruitment area.
• Follow up KPIs of Talent and Recruitment area, Prepare analysis and reports, presentations to management.
