Supply Chain Finance Manager will be responsible for 4 major areas;


1- Inventory Management


  • Develop and implement strategies on inventory management while being the leading business partner for Supply Chain, Finance and Operation departments.
  • Improve inventory control mechanisms to determine the possible obstacles proactively and create a flawless work-flow.
  • Regularly control inventory movements during the month/at the end of the month and have a clear view of the inventory changes.
  • Take necessary actions and provide support on SAP S/4HANA implementations and improvements.

2- Cost Management


  • Analyze and manage the cogs, identify opportunities on cost savings and profitability.
  • Leading the Supply Chain Finance executives/analysts on price difference, activity cost, supplier premium etc. calculations, next in line, controlling the calculations and invoicing process for the related actions.
  • Constantly controlling the total cogs and unit costs, create variance analysis, understand and examine the changes.
  • Tracking the waste flow in terms of both financial and operational aspects.
  • Managing/delivering the forecasts in time and provide necessary analysis to the stakeholders.
  • Provide month-end reports related with supply chain finance to the reporting department.
  • Controlling the supplier reconciliation process.

3- Technical Support on integration, SAP guidance


  • SCF Manager will be the key user for SAP S/4HANA.
  • Provide support and qualified data for the technical teams. Determine the integration obstacles, foresee the possible red flags before it occurs.
  • Actively take responsibilities and being in a collaboration with product leaders in order to enhance the structure of the SCF data and improve the data flow between erp systems.

4- Reporting and analysis


  • SCF department is one of the most dynamic departments therefore always qualified and well-developed analysis templates will be needed.
  •  In the level of detail as product, location, function, segment and entity, SCF manager should clearly identify the KPI’s, saving rooms, opportunities and provide necessary reports.
  • Provide critical support in the decision-making process.
  • Feel comfortable about ad-hoc analysis requests.

 


What You'll Bring?


  • This role has a very dynamic working tempo and candidate managers should be very comfortable with handling changes, new tasks and running the extra mile. “Can Do” mindset is essential for this position.
  • Having a bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • Ideally having minimum 6 years of hands on Cost Controlling experience.
  • Preferably having audit experience.
  • FMCG experience is a very big advantage.
  • Previously having S/4HANA experience is a critical asset.
  • Team management experience will be an asset, role is leading a team of 4.
  • Attentive in details, analytical, strong communicator, and comfortable with ambiguity and putting complex pieces together.
  • This role has a wide range of stakeholder network, therefore clear and successful stakeholder management is a very critical personal qualification.
  • Able to work 5 days in Getir Head Office at European side of Istanbul
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
