Job Description
General Accountant:
handles the full accounting cycle for DKMEs books of account (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly & Annually) e.g. managing the balance sheets, preparing P&L, petty cash, analysing, recording & preparing journal entries,
preparation of monthly management account, bank & GL reconciliation for submission to DK HQ KL office latest by 10th of every month
daily Sales Report preparation, customer invoices, DN & CN creation and following up on the collection & Stock Management
Preparation of monthly creditor payment (online platform/without online platform) and payroll
Filling and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
Maintains accounting and payroll controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Assisting in product costing preparation and analysis
