Manage all customer
communications, interactions, transactions and complaint management as per
approved SLAs and KPIs, by using systems and technologies assigned.
Make Outgoing phone
calls to customers related to their service requests raised for the community
management
Organize community
management documentation (service provider reports, performance reports,
community statutory requirements)
Prepare operational
PowerPoint presentations, charts/graphs, spreadsheets and reports.
Manage day-to-day
administrative tasks related to community management.
Provide information or
direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
