Charterhouse is working in partnership with an award-winning multinational Architecture and Engineering firm, who have designed an array of globally recognisable structures. Our client is looking to hire a highly qualified Architect who will work closely alongside Lead Architects to support with the design and delivery on a range of exciting projects worldwide.
About the role
This is an interesting opportunity to join a leading firm which has an impressive portfolio of projects globally. The Architect role will involve preparing drawings, structure specifications, presentations and material cost estimates, ensuring all work is carried out within the budget and relevant building regulations. Our client is looking to hire a skilled and detailed individual with a solid understanding of all relevant software packages, as well as experience managing multiple and large-scale projects, while ensuring the highest level of creations at all times. The Architect will be confident in preparing and formatting presentations as well as providing the senior leadership team with the most up to date changes and developments.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working in an architectural firm, alongside the ability to demonstrate very strong design and technical skills; therefore it will be required to provide a portfolio of projects handled as part of the selection process.
About you
To be considered for the role, the successful candidate should have a Bachelors in Architecture with at least 4 years relevant professional experience, ideally working in a design studio with expert use of software such as Inventor, Revit, AutoCAD 2D and 3D and Adobe CS Suite or similar. Our client is looking to hire an individual who has a strong eye for detail, ability to problem solve and provide effective solutions with a commitment to delivering projects within the required deadlines and specifications.
