ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER

Purpose of the Role:

• Develop and maintain accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural components to ensure coordination among project stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create detailed BIM models for architectural elements using software like Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers to integrate architectural models into project designs.
• Generate accurate construction documentation derived from BIM models.
• Ensure BIM models meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Manage revisions to reflect design changes and as-built conditions.
• Provide guidance on BIM processes and tools to project team members.
• Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.
