This is an exciting opportunity to work in a new office in Dubai, of an international architectural practice.
They're looking for an Architectural Designer who can grow with the business and take on more responsibility as the team expands.
They're currently working on feasibility and concept stages of masterplans covering a wide range of sectors in UAE so they're looking for someone who's very creative that can utilise a wide range of computer software to flex their creativity and develop ideas further.
Attributes and skills:
- Demonstrate excellent concept design stage experience ideally in mid to large-scale projects.
- You should have a background in international projects, particularly in the Middle East, and be a strong conceptual designer.
- You will be working on medium to large-scale mixed-use masterplans throughout the Middle East, producing sketches, conceptual ideas and presenting them to the team.
- Previous experience producing presentations
Requirements
Bachelors/Masters in Architecture
Middle East experience is essential.
Around 4 years experience.
Demonstrate excellent concept design stage experience, ideally in mid to large-scale projects.
Skilled with creative software such as SketchUp, Rhino, Midjourney, Grasshopper would be a plus but it's not essential.
Good working knowledge of Revit and Adobe packages including knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
Experience in a range of sectors would be preferred but not essential.
Commitment to developing high-quality design information with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to present and communicate design ideas and concepts.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
