Position Title: Architectural Draftsman

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Prepare authority approval drawings in compliance with local regulations and standards, ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtain efficiently.
• Apply extensive knowledge of interior materials and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings to produce accurate and functional designs.
• Develop and prepare detailed Good For Construction (GFC) drawings, providing clear and precise instructions for construction teams.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure designs meet client specifications and industry standards while addressing any on-site issues.
• Ensure all drawings and plans adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail.
