An exciting opportunity to work with a well-established international design practice in their Dubai office. Our clients are looking for an experienced Architectural Resident Engineer to manage a large-scale residential building project. The right candidate will need at least 15 years’ experience with five years in mid- and high-rise residential building projects as a Resident Engineer. Must have experience working in the Middle East.


Duties and Responsibilities
- Assign resources to create a project team capable of completing the project effectively and efficiently.
- Lead a team of specialized consultants to ensure the project's success.
- Ensure that a Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents are established and implemented.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely turnaround of records.
- Must have strong skills to coordinate large projects. 
- Oversee, review, monitor, and report on project risk closure and progress.
- Ensure final approval of works and arrange handover with client and occupier.


Requirements
  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering.
  • 15+ years’ experience with at least 5+ years’ experience in mid- and high-rise residential building projects as a Resident Engineer
  • High-rise experience is a must
  • Middle East experience is Essential.
