Job Description

As an Associate, you will assist the organization in the delivery of outstanding client-focused, financial services. You’ll be in a non-advisory developing role whereby you’ll be participating in the client journey while assisting and being mentored by a Senior Associate.


This will provide you a clear pathway for further development with the objective of learning the company’s processes and methodology, ensuring positive outcomes. A bias towards action is necessary, as well as the ability to work in a rapidly growing and evolving environment, and possessing a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.


In this role, you will:


  • Play a significant part in the service delivery of positive client outcomes alongside the Senior Associate.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of outstanding client-focused financial planning in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Support the Senior Associate in executing the client relationship strategy.
  • Support the Senior Associates in maintaining strong relationships with clients and driving engagement.
  • Ensure that their work undertaken complies with regulatory guidelines issued by the compliance department.
  • Support the Paraplanners with research and analysis for the preparation of personal financial plans and annual progress meetings.
  • Attend annual progress meetings with the Senior Associates.
  • Progress in line with the appropriate career path, including taking the relevant CII/CISI qualifications.
  • Ensure client files are kept up to date with the latest information.

Please note: This position would typically suit experienced and CISI / CII qualified UK investment advisory candidates at the top of their sport. A minimum of 5 years experience as a qualified level 4 advisor working in the wealth management business is a requirement. This position is NOT for someone from the accounting / auditing or financial management profession. This is a client facing, sales and targets driven profession. Please only apply if you have the required senior wealth management experience.
