Job Purpose
This role involves designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes.
Key Result Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

RPA Development:
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Automation Anywhere solutions to automate business processes. Analyze and understand business processes to identify opportunities for automation. -
Bot Development:
Create and configure bots using Automation Anywhere Enterprise platform. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful bot deployment. -
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Continuously monitor and evaluate automated processes, making necessary adjustments for optimal performance. -
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability. Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise during the development and testing phases. -
Documentation:
Document technical specifications, process flows, and configurations for reference and future maintenance. Provide clear documentation for end-users and support teams. -
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT, and other stakeholders. Participate in regular meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)
Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere. Strong programming skills, preferably in languages such as Python, Java, or .NET. Familiarity with business processes in various industries. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills.* Relevant Automation Anywhere certification is a plus
