We are looking to hire a Bank Evaluator who is responsible for maintaining relations with showrooms and dealers in the market so they can use our bank evaluations service.
In this role, you will:
Explain in depth policy information, educating consumers on products that best suited their needs. To develop a relationship with each client with the goal of creating lifelong customers, providing excellent customer service, and answering questions. Reviewed policy profile to ensure the customer was receiving the best rates while maintaining disciplined underwriting guidelines. Follow up and conduct call-backs based on pre-qualified lead. Explain features, advantages of various policies to provide insurance plan. Communicate with customer service and processing departments to resolve customer issues. Provide quality check and accurate pricing of the vehicles. Getting Live market updates on vehicles pricing and models. Work on increasing bank partnerships. Maintain relationships with bankers within the UAE. Achieve monthly targets. Responsible for daily visiting dealers in the assigned market to increase the number of Bank evaluation.
Requirements
BS degree in finance, economics or a related field Proven working experience in providing Auto Loan. Familiarity with computers Good interpersonal & communication skills. Strong initiatives, welcome new challenges & ambitious Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies Ability to work in a goal oriented environment
