Position Overview:
We are seeking a Chief Content Director to lead our AI community, focusing on creating high-impact, scenario-based content that resonates with consumers across the MENA region. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional creative thinking and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with consumer insights and market trends in the MENA region.
Lead the creation of scenario-based content that engages and inspires users, fostering a strong emotional connection.
Drive content innovation by leveraging AI tools and analytics to anticipate consumer needs and craft compelling narratives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and technology to ensure a cohesive and consumer-centric approach.
Establish metrics for measuring content effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Manage and mentor a diverse team of content creators, editors, and strategists to foster creativity and excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation or creative direction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong track record in developing strategic, creative content tailored for specific markets, preferably in the MENA region.
Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and scenario planning.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
