What you’ll do:
Create high quality English texts for various web pages for new real estate projects available for sale according to briefs from the marketing team. Research and fact-check all the needed information online for the page sectors according to the template. Create effective CTAs and Headings in order to maximise conversions. Work in groups with layout-designers and SEO-specialists on various Metropolitan Group web-pages ensuring best possible performance. Implement and maintain ToV in accordance with different groups of target audience.
What we’re looking for:
Native English speaker with excellent writing skills. Proven experience with web-pages focused on sales (preferably Real Estate market). Top-notch CTA and Heading skills; understanding the emotional and rational triggers that effectively convert web-page visitors. Portfolio containing web-pages (sales) you’ve worked on and other genres of writing materials (Social Media, Articles, Presentations etc.)
