We are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Purpose:

Seeking techno-functional profiles with in-depth hands-on experience for a minimum of 2 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing data analytics, data management/ transformation activities
  • Managing install base or inventory data at a global scale
  • Analysis of both qualitative and quantitative business data sets
  • Building automated workflows, forms, dashboards
  • Creating tableau dashboards, extracting and preparing data sources for tableau dashboards, establish connections to the data source in Tableau.
  • Performing data transformation, analytical models using Python
  • Creating reports, joining reports, creating dashboards, writing functions/ formula fields in Salesforce
  • Good to have written VB scripts/ Excel Macros
  • Good to have written SQLs (PostgreSQL)
  • Must have worked in global teams – supporting/ interacting with stakeholders in different time zones
  • Must have worked in Master Data Management (Customer master, Product master and Materials Master) team and/or analytics team in previous organizations
  • Process analysis, identifying gaps in the process, solutioning and improving the efficiency of the process
  • Must have written business requirement document, functional requirement document, standard operating procedure document
  • Participated in requirement gathering sessions
  • Good to have conducted training or process awareness sessions to a group of 10+
  • Experience/ knowledge in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP)
  • Experience in communicating data to the stakeholders
  • Willing to take initiatives, formulate and execute business process based on objectives or end goals and not wait for step by step instructions
  • Should have super user level of experience in all of the above mentioned tools, application and systems including MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS OneNote.
  • Should have good understanding of project management/ SDLC methodologies
  • Should have performed functional testing, written test scripts
