Projects Management 


  • Develop comprehensive projects plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and project requirements in line with the defined objectives.  


  • Manage special projects ensuring adherence to project specifications, timeline, budgets, milestones, quality standards, and others.  


  • Effectively monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and providing strategic recommendations to ensure successful project outcomes.  


  • Coordinate with support services cross-functional teams and stakeholders (e.g.HR, IT, SM) to ensure alignment on special and strategic projects and initiatives, defined timelines and objectives.  


  • Develop and adjust action plans to enhance special and strategic projects based on findings and business needs, and manage initiatives, ensuring progress towards defined objectives. 


  • Drive change initiatives within the data analytics function, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems in line with the approved objectives.  


  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and internal controls throughout project implementations. 


  • Provide support for ad-hoc requests from top management and project stakeholders. 


Analysis and Reporting 


  • Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets and feasibility studies for business cases for special & strategic projects and initiatives assigned by top management.  


  • Develop and implement advanced statistical models to analyze and interpret data in-line with the approved objectives. 


  • Prepare periodic detailed data analytics reports, presentations, and forecasts highlighting pain points and recommendations for enhancements. 


  • Effectively develop and maintain dashboards and/or reports to track critical data analytics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 


  • Create visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, or similar platforms. 


  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights, assess the viability of initiatives, and provide recommendations enabling strategic decision-making and aiming to support business objectives. 


  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics. 


  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data through effective data cleaning and validation processes. 


  • Ensure that database design reflects business requirements and needs in-line with the desired strategic objectives.  


Technology Understanding 


  • Lead on understanding industry’s best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to recommend new opportunities and drive enhancement of currently existing applications within DCT technology department. 


  • Lead on strategic planning, allocating, and optimizing DCT’s technology projects aiming to align with business needs and strategic objectives, including but not limited to budgeting, risk management, infrastructure maintenance, vendor relationships, innovation, governance, compliance, capacity planning, and workforce training. 


  • Identify opportunities to maximize value derived from technology investments ensuring reliability, security, and scalability aiming to successfully support DCT’s desired outcomes.  


  • Contribute to defining Applications and Websites and communicate product visions and strategies to vendors and DCT stakeholders to raise awareness and ensure alignment with DCT’s objectives.  


  • Ensure product roadmaps, plans, and strategies are aligned with business needs, objectives, and approved strategies. 


  • Review and pinpoint gaps in technology contracts and offer recommendations to better enhance the way forward. 


  • Manage and lead on technology department strategic initiatives and key project and ensure delivery on time and proper reporting process in place. 


  • Manage the Technology department’s KPIs and reporting ensure all quality gates that ensure data accuracy are in place and effective reporting cycles implemented.
