The position
As a Digital Innovation Lead, Senior Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

• Drive digital innovation efforts by enabling digitalization across the value chain.
• Guide business leaders in driving digital transformation strategy.
• Establish a customer- and patient-focused digital framework.
• Operationalize the APAC Digital Innovation hub to prototype, drive, and fast-track innovation through partnerships and new business models.
• Act as APAC Digital Sounding Board secretary, funneling use cases and utilizing governance to materialize and implement them.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in innovation, business development, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in enabling digitalization and driving digital transformation strategies.
• Strong understanding of customer- and patient-focused digital frameworks.
• Ability to identify and explore opportunities for digital innovation.
• Experience in operationalizing digital innovation hubs and driving innovation through partnerships and new business models.
