- Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the FMCG industry to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Networking and Industry Engagement:
- Represent the company at FMCG industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts within the FMCG industry to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business plans in FMCG-related segments.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales and business development teams with a focus on FMCG.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, specifically within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and customer needs in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex business challenges.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the FMCG industry
