Job Description



Financial Risk management domain knowledge and experience. Be a good team player with cross techno functional knowledge and skills.Support experience in Operational risks and Fraud Risk Management systems.Excellent communications skills written and verbalTeam management skills. ROLE PURPOSE Assist the department lead / line manager for handling the Corporate Group Risk Management division covering Credit, Operational & Market Risk departments solutions and business initiatives.Support critical Risk Management Applications like Enterprise Fraud Risk Management system by providing technical guidance and support for the development or troubleshooting of systems as part of BAU as well as projects and major tasks rollouts.Propose technical recommendations and improvements by participating in the business workshops and meetings for detailed analysis and design of the expected systems with vendors or internal teams.Support Projects and Major tasks rollout in Risk Management sector, Coordinate with vendors, business users and other stake holders to articulate and document business requirements, change requests, Data Gap Resolution Strategy and Data Feeder module design and development required for Risk management projects from various banking source systems.Ensure to meet vendor service level and quality of development for all systems. Provide business with required technical support, assessments, and reports.Mitigate risks and close audit points if any, on the applications and processes.Closely monitor the incidents tickets and problem tickets and close them before the breach of SLA.Understand the latest technology trends and provide improvement suggestion in the products.Provide periodic reports and monthly updates on the ongoing initiatives to business and line manager.Follow up with service teams/vendors for support issues and respond quickly to service tickets in a timely manner.Facilitate and UAT of projects, CRs by adhering to Quality control policies and guidelines.Support go live and post go live activities for projects and change releases to production. Conduct regular meetings with business to understand business needs, identify gaps, implement solutions, and to work and follow up on agreed actions.Conduct Periodic review of existing processes and solutions to help achieve maximum possible cost savings for all Risk management systems as well as their yearly maintenance costs.Maintain upto date DR documents for all assigned systems, perform DR rehearsals in coordination with IT Service Continuity team. Identify and implement automation in order to avoid manual dependency by process re engineering.Support the line manager to implement cost saving and avoidance initiatives for all assigned areas in terms of systems and resources.
