Job Description - Construction Technology Architect:
As a Construction Technology Architect within our esteemed team, you'll hold a pivotal position in shaping and optimizing our technological infrastructure to meet the evolving demands of the construction landscape. Your role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including:
Developing and maintaining comprehensive enterprise architecture standards and strategies tailored specifically for the construction sector. This includes a keen focus on construction technology solutions, IT security protocols, and infrastructure requirements to support our projects' needs. Taking the lead in designing innovative solutions that integrate seamlessly into our construction management processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our technology solutions align closely with project objectives, enhancing efficiency, and bolstering security measures. Spearheading efforts to enhance integration standards for construction software and systems, facilitating smoother operations and improved project delivery timelines. Your ability to streamline workflows and optimize resource utilization will be crucial in driving project success. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in construction technology or enterprise architecture are highly desirable. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in construction technology, solution design, and technology leadership roles within the construction industry. Proven expertise in construction management systems, Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, and integration standards. Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the construction sector is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a track record of driving successful technology initiatives in complex construction environments.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
