Job Description:
Assist the Director in day-to-day activities and taking care of the Director's office
Administer operations; reading e-mails, drafting letters when necessary and routing reception calls or note messages in an appropriate manner
Manage travel arrangements, accommodations and process expense forms
Prepare daily reports and keeping a track of all daily business transactions.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and interact with customer through emails and over the phone

Salary: up to 7 K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Open to Indian nationals
Female, 35 years old and below
At least 3 years of experience in the similar role in any industry
Preferably someone who has experience in dealing with banks
