We are looking the ExportSales Executive to join our team.
You will be responsible for:
Identify and evaluate potential export markets for FMCG products conducting market research and analysis to assess demand competition and regulatory requirements.
Develop market entry strategies and expansion plans for target countries or regions considering factors such as consumer preferences distribution channels and economic trends.
Prospect and establish relationships with overseas customers distributors and importers leveraging existing networks and conducting outbound sales activities.
Negotiate sales agreements contracts and pricing terms with international clients ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
Provide ongoing support and communication to international clients addressing inquiries, resolving issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments including logistics shipping and finance to facilitate the export process from order placement to delivery.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of export orders including documentation customs clearance and transportation arrangements in compliance with international trade regulations.
Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate with customers to provide updates and address any delays or issues that may arise.
Stay informed about global market trends, trade policies and regulatory changes that may impact export sales and distribution.
Analyze sales performance data, market feedback and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision making and strategic planning within the export sales department.
