About the Role: Join our dynamic team as an F&B Hostess and play a vital role in welcoming guests and setting the stage for exceptional dining experiences in our diverse restaurants and bars.
Your responsibilities will include: Warmly greeting guests with a smile and ensuring a seamless arrival experience. Escorting guests to their tables and providing menus with clear explanations. Answering questions about the menu, restaurant concept, and resort offerings.
Contributing to a positive and welcoming restaurant environment for all guests.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a hospitality setting, preferably in a restaurant or hotel environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
Proficiency in English and Russian language.
