• Research and stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and industry developments
• Create and develop fashion designs, sketches, and patterns
• Collaborate with the creative team to generate new ideas and concepts
• Select fabrics and materials for production
• Create technical specifications and production guidelines
• Oversee the production process to ensure quality and timely delivery of designs
• Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs
• Attend fashion shows, events, and exhibitions to stay informed and inspired
