Female IT / AV Technician for Royal Palace

Apt Resources is currently seeking an experienced IT/AV Technician to join our client's esteemed team at the Royal Palace. As an IT/AV Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all IT and audiovisual systems within the Palace to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Setup and Operation: Install, configure, and operate audio-visual equipment including projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, video conferencing systems, cameras, lighting systems, and control systems.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users before, during, and after events or presentations. Ensure that all AV/IT systems are functioning properly and address any technical issues promptly.
• Event Support: Set up and manage IT/audio-visual equipment for events, conferences, meetings, and presentations. Coordinate with event organizers, presenters, and other staff to meet their AV requirements.
• Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance checks on AV /IT equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions or defects as needed.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory records of AV/IT equipment, including tracking equipment usage, availability, and maintenance history. Order and replenish supplies as necessary.
• Training and Documentation: Provide training sessions for users on how to operate AV/IT equipment effectively and troubleshoot common issues. Create user manuals, guides, and documentation for reference.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of audio and video /IT output meets the standards set by the organization or client. Test equipment functionality and conduct sound and video checks before events.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling AV/IT equipment, including proper setup and cable management to prevent accidents or hazards.
