Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the overall financial management, developing financial and tax strategies, overseeing cash flow, and analyzing the company's performance. You will work closely with the management team to achieve strategic objectives and ensure the financial health of our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Monitoring and analyzing cash flow, income, and expenses to ensure the financial stability of the company.
3. Developing and implementing budgets and financial plans in collaboration with department heads.
4. Analyzing salary structures and costs in relation to revenue and providing recommendations on salary strategy.
5. Ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
6. Leading and developing the finance team to support company objectives.
7. Creating reports and analyses to assist in strategic decision-making.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is advantageous.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably within the [Your Industry] sector.
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
