You can only be eligible for the interviews if you clear the Online Assessment and resume screening.
• You will receive a link to do two online assessments:Peak Performance Assessment - A behavioral test assessing how you would react in different situations to measure your fit in the P&G culture.Interactive Assessment - A cognitive test where you can expect a combination of Math, Memory and Sequence questions.For more details about our online assessments, do check our Assessment page.
• Once Successful in the assessments, you move to the interview stage where we conduct up to 3 interviews. You can also visit our Interviews page to learn more about P&G interviewing process and the nature of questions we typically ask during interviews.
