Making reservations for customers based on their specific requirements and budgetary preferences.
Checking accommodation or transportation availability on customers' desired travel dates.
Helping customers plan their travel itinerary by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest.
I process payments and send confirmation details to customers.
Resolving any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Promoting and selling reservation services to customers.
Answering any questions customers may have about the reservation process.
Upselling customers about additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded accommodations/transportation.
Providing support for customers who need to amend or cancel a reservation.
Requirements
Requirements;
Experience working as a hotel Reservation Agent
Proficient in Opera, Fidelio, and other necessary computer programs
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Vaccinated or not against vaccination
