Role: HR Administrator (Full-time)


Reports to: People and Culture Manager 


Based in: Dubai (Hybrid)As HR Administrator, you’ll focus on managing the administrative aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development. You'll provide comprehensive support to the People and Culture Manager, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.


Attention to detail is crucial, along with excellent organisational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and discretion in handling confidential information. Your role also requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to addressing employee needs.


Core Responsibilities: 


  • Provide support in various HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the People and Culture Manager. 
  • Assist in the maintenance of employee records, including data entry, filing, and documentation. 
  • Oversee the management of our Dubai Office, including but not limited to ensuring all IT requirements such as Wifi are in working order, maintaining general tidiness, managing inventory to keep supplies stocked, and facilitating access for employees as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of training programs and workshops, including scheduling, logistics and participant communication.
  • Maintain records of employee training and development activities. 
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture Manager to identify opportunities for employee growth and development. 
  • Maintain online Learning & Development Calendar on the company intranet.
  • Assist in the maintenance of employee records, including data entry, filing, and documentation. 
  • Support the employee onboarding and offboarding process by coordinating employment visas between employees and regulatory bodies (DMCC and Twofour54)
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and managing job postings. 
  • Assist in organising and participating in employee engagement activities and events. 
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture Manager to gather feedback and suggestions from employees. 
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at promoting a positive work environment and work-life balance. 
  • Contribute to employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives which indirectly contributes to client success.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to assist with any HR-related enquiries such as salary and annual leave. 
  • Be willing to provide administrative support to other departments if and when required. 

Experience


  • 3-5 years’ experience in Business/HR Administration. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications 
  • Experience with the use of a Human Resources Management System (HRMS, currently BambooHR)
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Employee Visa requirements is advantageous.
