We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our dynamic team. The
HR Director will play a key role in leading and managing the HR function,
ensuring the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and
programs that align with the company's objectives and promote positive work
culture.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE
ROLE:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the
overall business strategy.
Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
to drive performance and achieve departmental goals.
Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment,
selection, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs, training, and
development initiatives to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company
policies.
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict
resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to measure the
effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Collaborate with senior management to provide HR insights, advice, and
support on strategic business decisions.
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse
and inclusive work environment.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, policies, and systems to
enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Director or similar senior HR leadership role
in a large organization.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
in the UAE.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance
management, and HR analytics.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR initiatives
that drives business results.
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
