Job Description



The key roles and responsibilities of the HR Staffing & recruitment Specialist is:
Coordinate with new joiners to complete all personnel file documentation and store online in the appropriate folders and files Recruitment, Pooling and coordinating staff requests for department working with the Project Coordinator Coordination with the Project Coordinator for staff deployments Offer letters, contract management and personnel file management

Coordinate with the Operations and BDU team to ensure visibility of the intended start date and

deployment plan.



Coordinate all screening and vetting of candidates and new joiners, including IQ-Fit to Work, Credentialing, Referencing, and criminal record checks.
Coordinate the IQ-Fit to Work process and ensure a valid IQ-Fit certificate is available for all relevant new joiners as per H-400 Screening & Vetting Policy Coordinate the credentialling and referencing process and ensure a report is available for all new joiners as per H-400 Screening & Vetting Policy Coordinate with the HR & Payroll Coordinator to ensure all new joiners are contracted and captured in the HRM system for payroll Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the correct IT access/equipment is issued to each new joiner according to role and requirement Ensure compliance with Mandatory Training requirements as per H-500 Training Policy Manage the MyHR Training platform and ensure internal training requirements as per development plans, providing regular reports as required. Work closely with the Operations Team and Recruitment team to ensure the timely onboarding and induction of all project-based staff prior to deployment. Coordinate the probation process, ensuring all staff are sufficiently assessed against requirements during probation period. Draft and issue employment letters to specified templates as and when required. Ensure all contract changes, promotions, transfers are notified to the HR & Payroll Coordinator for processing in the HRM system. Coordinate the departure process, including mandatory letters, IT deactivation, return of equipment/access passes, etc. Liaise with the HR & Payroll Coordinator, IT team and Operations team where required. Ensure employees are up to date with screening & vetting renewal requirements such as IQFit, Wellness Assessments, Medical Licensing and expired professional qualifications, as per H-400 Screening & Vetting Policy

Qualifications



B.Degree in HR or administration desirable 3 years administration & HR experience Good IT, planning and coordination skills Offshore BOSIET/HUET training mandatory entry requirements
