Job Description:


Axalta Refinish is looking for a Business Manager to oversee our Premium segment brands sales in the MEA region (Middle East and Africa)


We are looking for a savvy salesperson, with at least 10 years of experience in the industry and a strong network. in the region. This is a great role for someone looking to join a key player.


The role is permanent and can be based in different countries in the area, as long as they can travel around 60% of their time.


Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.


Responsibilities


  • Manage the development, growth, profitability and retention of all importers and support their existing key end-users.


  • Lead and manage the Sales workforce (incl. tech specialist of Axalta and Importer) focused on winning and proper converting new bodyshops.


  • Keep developing the Bodyshop Management KPI while interacting with Key premium bodyshops,


  • Manage effective programs to develop, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.


  • Develop and implement a Pipeline of new initiatives to strengthen sales and Company position at OEMs and FLI’s. Ensure ownership and responsibility in execution and achievement of identified Pipeline targets.

  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building skills.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


  • Fluent in English (oral and written). Arabic is required and French is a plus.


Experience


  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience.


  • Proven leadership experience in an international matrix structured organization.


  • Automotive Aftermarket/ Refinish paint experience.


  • Top Tier or Key Account distribution management.
