Setting and Reporting:
This position is flexible with options to work remotely or from our office in Shenzhen or Dubai. Interns will report directly to the Assistant Secretary-General, engaging in activities that facilitate and enhance the operations of UECN's Dubai and Shenzhen offices.
Responsibilities:
-As an intern at UECN, you'll play a crucial role in the execution and facilitation of our events and activities. Your tasks will include:
-Working closely with UECN events, ensuring their successful organization and execution.
-Communicating effectively with members, engaging both internal and external stakeholders to promote UECN's mission and activities.
-Facilitating meetings, ensuring efficient and productive discussions among participants.
-Supporting the activities of the UECN Dubai and Shenzhen offices, contributing to the seamless operation of both locations.
-Undertaking or assisting in programmatic/administrative tasks necessary for the optimal functioning of UECN, including preparation of budgets and program performance reports.
-Drawing inspiration from our Assistant Secretary-General’s responsibilities, interns will experience firsthand the intricacies of managing international relations and events, honing their skills in a vibrant and challenging environment.

-Proficiency in English and Chinese is required, with English at least at the conversational level.
-Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree. All fields of study are welcome.
-No specific prior work experience is required, although a keen interest in international relations, event management, or organizational operations is beneficial.
