Job Description:

  • Provide support for all technical-related activities on-site & remotely such as installation of all IT hardware and software (e.g. CCTV, Networking, Servers, AV, Fibre optic, WIFI, servers, laptops, printers, PABXs, etc.), configuring & troubleshooting all software applications, and repairing/replacing damaged hardware in the head office and its subsidiaries.
  • Manage all IT-related documents in both hard and soft copies and store it in the shared filing system (Dropbox).
  • Coordinate with suppliers and purchase IT materials for the head office and its subsidiaries.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot all telecom-related issues – network, fixed lines, and mobiles.
  • Other roles and responsibilities to be assigned by the Senior Information Technology Executive, Group Information Technology Manager or the CEO

Qualifications:

  • Male, 35 years old and below
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge in responsive web design (RWD) techniques.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and implementation.
  • Experience in end-user support – L1 and L2.
  • Experience working with third-party service providers
