Laser Therapist

Our client, a distinguished clinic in the UAE specializing in surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic and medical procedures, is seeking a Laser Therapist to join its team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laser hair removal treatments using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Customize treatments based on individual client needs and skin types.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' suitability for laser treatments.
• Provide clear explanations of procedures, risks, benefits, and aftercare.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols for laser treatments to minimize risks and ensure client safety.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, client history, and post-treatment notes.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Educate clients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care to optimize results and minimize side effects.

KIPS:

• Maintain a client satisfaction rate of at least 90% based on feedback and surveys.
• Achieve a target number of laser treatments per day/week, optimizing time and resources.
• Aim for a client retention rate of 80% by providing exceptional service and building trust.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in laser treatments, minimizing errors and complications.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and licensing requirements.

Requirements:

• Possession of a relevant diploma or certification in Laser Therapy or a related field.
• Continuous education and training in laser technology and safety.
• Holding valid licenses or certifications required by UAE regulatory bodies for performing laser treatments.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performing laser hair removal and other laser treatments.
• Proficiency in operating various laser equipment for hair removal and other cosmetic treatments.
• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines for laser treatments.
• Expertise in conducting thorough client consultations to assess suitability for laser treatments.
• Proficient in analyzing skin types and conditions to customize laser treatments for optimal results.
