We are looking for candidates with the following
- Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions, in both English and Chinese.
- Provide support in reviewing and analyzing legal documents and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing legal memoranda and reports for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with senior legal staff to analyze legal risks and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Stay updated on developments in Chinese law and regulations relevant to the firm's practice areas.
- Handle administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
