Job Purpose:

Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations in the Executive Director’s office and DKV.

Purpose:

The Position:
Manage and control the entire processing and accounting function for revenue related transactions through the RAPID system and process billings to/from external parties, so that all revenues, receivables and payables are correctly established and accounted for in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Passenger, Cargo, Interline Billing, Fare-audit and Large Bureaus
Control and co-ordinate the information flow in the RAPID system to ensure all foreground and background jobs in RAPID are fired promptly and that information in the system is processed in a timely manner and downloaded to other systems (such as C View and NPAS) for further MIS processing.
Schedule and co-ordinate the receipt and sorting of inward documents and physically allocate these documents amongst the teams for processing.
Collect, collate and despatch documentation with proper supporting documents to all external parties ? IATA, other airlines, credit card companies, postal authorities, GSAs, area offices, agents to complete the billing formalities efficiently.
Develop and maintain a monitoring system to measure team and individual output on a daily basis.
Monitor and analyse the teams output to identify reasons for being below target and take corrective action to improve the overall productivity of operations.
Identify and evaluate revenue accounting issues and provide recommendations to senior management for value added changes to the processes to ensure efficiency.
Plan, develop and manage the work flow of the teams to maximise productivity.

- To understand and interpret the communications from shareholders and ensure prompt reply to all the queries and filing of relevant documents

Handling Coordination Among Departments and Divisions
- Coordinate among the departments between the operational departments and between corporate and operational team
- Coordinate the meetings within operation departments and prepare meeting minutes
- Control the senior sales managers’ attendance status
- Coordinate with PI International regarding the items related to general manager
- Help for the preparation of AOP for Finance if and when necessary with administrative support
- Arrange timings of flight, hotel bookings, food and transportation for the line managers

Conducting Some Part of the Bank Reconciliations
- On a daily basis, clear some of the cheque/cash payments (as assigned to her) in the system to ensure that all transactions booked in time.
- Perform monthly some Bank Reconciliations along with the accountant (banks and agreements) and ensure that all reconciling items between books and bank are properly accounted and communicated

THE POSITIONS:

Project Manager - Mechanical (Reference: BT PMM 0501)

A Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 15 years experience in handling major Oil & Gas Terminal projects. To define Project Scope, deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Senior Management and Stakeholders. To lead and support the project team in design, cost estimation, specifications, drawings, execution, testing and commissioning all the way to completion and even after. Candidates with experience in Refrigerated Storage Tanks Facilities will be given preference.

Civil/ Structural Engineer (Reference: BT CSE 0502)

A Graduate in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural engineering with a minimum of 10 yrs experience in the design, specifications, drawings and execution of RC & Steel structures, G+2 Buildings, warehouse, tank foundations, pile type foundations, retaining walls, industrial structures, pipe racks etc for petrochemicals, oil, gas & utilities.

Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineer (Reference: BT EIE 0503)

A Graduate in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering with minimum of 10 yrs experience in the design, specifications, drawings and execution of HV/ LV systems, substation, MCC, Variable speed drives, motors, CCTV, MOV, Lighting, Earthing, PLC based Automation systems etc for tank farms and pipelines facilities of Oil, Gas & Utilities.

Project Engineer - Piping (Reference: BT PEP 0504)

A Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years experience in Fabrication, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Mechanical and Piping for large Petroleum Storage & Handling Facilities.

Project Engineer - Tankage (Reference: BT PET 0505)

A Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years experience in Fabrication, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Storage tanks for large Petroleum Storage & Handling Facilities

Project Manager - Electrical & Instrumentation (Reference: BT PMEI 0506)

A Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years experience in handling Electrical HV & LV system projects in all phases in Oil & Gas industry. To define Project Scope, deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Senior Management and Stakeholders. To lead a project team and also develop basic designs, cost estimation, specifications, data sheets, drawings, execution, testing and commissioning all the way to completion and even after. Candidates with experience in HV power substation, RMU system, distribution, co-generation, SCADA system, Instrumentation & control system etc is a prerequisite.

Process Engineer (Reference: BT PE 0507)

A Degree in Chemical Engineering with minimum of 12 years experience in working refrigerated / cryogenic liquid petroleum products, pressurized LPG storage & handling facilities projects. Experience in process concept & detailed designs, feasibility studies, process simulations, mass/energy balances, thermal calculations, hydraulic calculations, P&IDs, Operations & Maintenance procedure, testing & commissioning procedures, HAZOP, Risk Assessment, Data sheets, specifications of equipment and process controls.
