Logistics Support Agent
Dubai Global – Customer Experience / Full-Time / On-site We are in search of a Logistics Support Agent with a background in customer service and logistics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in handling inbound and outbound calls, possess exceptional complaint-handling skills, and contribute to achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
Fluency in English and Urdu/Hindi is a prerequisite, coupled with a deep understanding of the UAE market, its geographical locations, and the diverse cultural setting. + Fluency in Urdu/Hindi, and English with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and succinctly in these languages.
+ Background in logistics support is preferred.
+ Proficient multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
+ Strong active listening skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
+ Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the logistics and customer service domain
+ Possesses strong knowledge of the UAE market and is familiar with its geography and regions.
