About The Role
The Manager, Groups & Events will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and ensuring the success of group bookings and events at One&Only One Za’abeel and SIRO One Za’abeel, Dubai. They will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, effectively promoting our facilities, and coordinating all aspects of group reservations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar position in the luxury hotel environment. You will have previous sales experience and knowledge of Revenue Management principles and drivers. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train others and daily management of a team. Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
