What this job involves A Manager is a mid-senior level position within Consulting Division is considered part of the leadership team within Consulting. The role of Manager will involve sourcing, leading and managing consulting assignments across the MENA region as part of a multi-disciplinary team, forming long lasting relationships with clients driving business development, collaborating with various departments with JLL and cross selling the various services and supporting the responsible director in admin-related matters related to receivables and team related matters.

Ability to lead and review market research studies / feasibility studies / highest and best use studies / development strategies / financial modelling / financial analysis among others
Solid understanding of real estate and the development cycle

Knowledge of and previous experience in the real estate market
5 – 10 years’ experience in consulting / real estate preferred
Relevant Master’s degree in finance / economics / business preferred
Reliability / assuming responsibility / taking initiative
Cooperation and teamwork

Dynamism and drive for results
Organization and efficient time management
Commercial acumen in terms of the drive to grow the business through repeat business and approaching new clients.
