Marketing Account Manager

Our growing marketing team needs a motivated and go-to Marketing Account Manager to develop innovative marketing strategies and oversee client projects. As a Marketing Account Manager, you will assist with client liaison, either internal or external, executing and facilitating the client's requirements. This includes developing content for social media and other digital campaigns, establishing budgets, monitoring projects to ensure they meet deadlines and evaluating each campaign for effectiveness. To ensure consistent brand messaging, you will collaborate with our internal teams, public relations agency and sales teams on a daily basis. 


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to establish project scope and budget, and nurture client relationships.
  • Develop marketing campaigns for both traditional and digital media
  • Oversee each phase to ensure staff meets deadlines
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns for effectiveness
  • Collaborate with PR and sales staff to create a uniform message
  • Oversee daily operational activities of the team, ensuring deadlines are met and the team stays ontrack
  • Approve content and facilitate further approval if required
  • Assist in the oversee of advertising/communication campaigns (social media, online and offline), exhibitions and promotional events
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Copywriting for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, white papers, website material, social media etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
  • Involving key stakeholders for product / service at each stage of campaign, and reporting results once completed
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required and managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters and newsletters, including e-newsletters.
  • Liaising with events coordinators to maximize visibility at conferences, receptions and exhibitions as well as online webinars.
  • Attending key conferences to manage booth, do customer interviews and focus groups
  • Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of marketing agency experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, Agoraplulse, Zoho Hootsuite or similar social media platforms
  • Website and WordPress efficient
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to travel
