Responsibilities:
At least 2, preferably 4 years of experience in marketing-related roles in eCommerce business or startups;
At least 2 years of work experience as an UAE resident;
Experience in utilizing, or learning about, relevant marketing tools;
Ideally experience with the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.);
Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field;
Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal & written). Communication skills in Arabic are a considerable advantage.
Minimalist is much more than "just" an eCommerce store specializing in the design and manufacturing of bespoke watches and jewelry. Since our inception in 2014, we have grown to be a community of design enthusiasts of several hundred thousand people - and we're looking to grow the team that makes this possible further. We also entered the conventional retail space in 2023 and are now a hybrid company, represented both in eCommerce and boutiques.
We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join us.
Duties:
Support marketing task teams with devising and strategizing initiatives and plans
Execute and implement marketing strategies and plans in close collaboration with marketing teams
Content creation for Social Media and Digital platforms (IG, TT, FB), both written and visual
Research and implement marketing trends and innovations
Analyze and report performance indicators of marketing initiatives and execute modifications to achieve goals
Cross-department communication and rapport building to enable holistic company-wide marketing initiatives
Review and report on competitor analytics
Identify, approach, and build meaningful relationships with influencers and other content creators
