Job Description:


Position Overview: As a Marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, creating compelling content, and supporting our sales pipeline management efforts. In addition to social media and content management responsibilities, you will assist in the utilisation and development of Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM to optimise our sales processes and drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement on LinkedIn, aligning with our marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, articles, and updates on LinkedIn to showcase our expertise and highlight industry insights.
  • Write blog articles and other content pieces to share on our website and social media channels, contributing to thought leadership and brand positioning.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve our website's visibility and search engine rankings, driving organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Assist in the management of the sales pipeline, utilising Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate data entry, pipeline management, and reporting within the CRM systems.
  • Support the development of customizations and enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage the company intranet, ensuring that communications are posted regularly and contain relevant and useful content for employees, fostering internal communication and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse social media and website metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement, providing insights for continuous optimization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, content management, CRM utilisation, and sales pipeline management.

Requirements:


  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content for various platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and understanding of best practices for content creation and engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and techniques, with a willingness to learn and apply new strategies.
  • (Preferred) experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and innovation.
